We applaud your skepticism...there's a lot bullshit and would-be gurus out there looking to prey on the vulnerable. No, his is not a cult, there is no one here to charm you or rob you of your personal autonomy. The will and choices of our members is always respected 100%... we recognize that saying NO and setting boundaries is an essential part of being human. GMMC itself has no hierarchy or dogma, we are all equal in the eyes of spirit, and our sole mission is to facilitate the healing of our fellow humans so that we can make the world a better place.
A medicine circle is any gathering of people with the shared purpose of healing and personal growth. This term is influenced by the medicine wheel, a sacred symbol used by many Indigenous cultures in North America, representing the interconnectedness of all life and balance of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being.
A sacrament is a sacred rite, symbol or object that is essential in the pursuit of one's spiritual practice. Our sacrament, the psilocybin mushroom, is a sacred tool used to deepen self-awareness, healing, and communion with the divine.
No, not at this time, all of our offerings are in person and under the guidance of trained facilitators.
Healing work is a sacred, intimate, person-to-person experience, and we believe that reducing it to a transactional exchange can obscure its deeper purpose. For this reason, Green Mountain Medicine Circles does not charge fixed fees for its services. Instead, participation is offered through a suggested donation model rooted in reciprocity, accessibility, and community care.
For overnight psilocybin ceremonies, we suggest a donation of $400. This contribution helps sustain the venue, sacramental medicine, live music, facilitator support throughout the ceremony and overnight experience, post-ceremony meals, and integration follow-up care.
No one is turned away solely for lack of means. At the same time, we ask those who are able to contribute at the suggested level to do so, as donations are the organization’s sole source of support and make it possible for us to continue offering this work to others.
Our model reflects our commitment to healing, mutual aid, and trust in the abundance of life. If our services are meaningful to you, we invite you to support the continuation of this work by contributing generously and paying it forward for future participants.
